Direct owners & builders
You appoint GajamBhoomi as mediator for buyers introduced through this listing. Your local-market brokerage percentage or fixed fee must be separately agreed in writing before the transaction completes. There is no automatic standard percentage for new agreements. The confirmed fee is due only on successful completion. Optional Owner Care is ₹1499 for 6 months or ₹2499 for 12 months, separate from commission. GajamBhoomi does not own or purchase the property under this arrangement.
Existing brokers
GajamBhoomi introduces buyers and coordinates the transaction. Your separate broker agreement specifies the share of brokerage actually earned and received, or an agreed fixed fee; it is not an automatic share of the property price. Broker membership is ₹1299 for 12 months, with manual renewal. The fee is recorded privately and confirmed before completion. Posting alone creates no success fee.
Sponsored advertising
Featured listings, builder launches and profiles, brand sponsorships and bulk-listing support are individually quoted. A request creates no charge or publication. Placement starts only after administrator review and independently confirmed payment, for the separately agreed duration. Paid placements are labelled Sponsored; payment is not title verification or a guarantee of leads or sales. Private buyer data is not sold as a lead list. Cancellation and refund terms must be agreed in the campaign contract before payment.
Buyers & contact access
GajamBhoomi acts as a mediator, not the property owner. Property photos and details are free to view. ₹99 buys seller contact access for one property; Bhoomi Plus costs ₹299 for 1 month with 3 contact unlocks, ₹1499 for 6 months with 15 contact unlocks, or ₹2499 for 12 months with 25 contact unlocks. Access does not reserve a property or guarantee a sale. The seller or existing broker pays the separately agreed brokerage under this arrangement; no automatic buyer success fee applies. Any buyer-requested brokerage service requires its own agreement. Rent, lease payments and deposits follow a separate tenancy agreement. An enquiry does not bind you to buy.
Rental & lease introductions
GajamBhoomi coordinates rental and lease introductions. Any brokerage amount is agreed privately before completion. No automatic sale percentage applies.
